When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Wallpaper will usually be despatched direct from store as most are kept in stock. We generally aim to have wallpaper despatched the same day if the order is received before noon.
If for any reason the products ordered are out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within one working day, of placing your order.
We recommend that no tradesmen are booked until the goods are received at your specified delivery address and they are checked as being correct as to what has been ordered and are undamaged or faulty.
If you change your mind or the wallpaper is unsuitable once received please contact us within 28 days of receipt of the goods to arrange a return. You will be issued with a returns note number. You will be responsible for the carriage charge for the return of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original unbroken packaging unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Any special orders may not be returned for any reason.
Please allow 14 working days for us to process any refunds from the date we receive the returned items.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Goods returned under complaint may have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and report.
If we supply any goods in error then of course a full credit will be issued.
